Smooth but not slippery (“dry” skin). Has a nice grip.

Has a smooth bite. Not very juicy but also not chalky, dry, or mealy.

Not too sweet.

On all fronts this is a very medium-ish apple, albeit a happy medium. Overall a very pleasant experience, nothing too flashy here. Would gladly choose this apple for any casual setting.
